- The return request is initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Babyboulevardco@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement of the item.
